BrumVits serves as the trading title of BrumVits Nutrition Ltd., 68 Great Hampton Street, Birmingham, B18 6EW, United Kingdom. Full company identification and contact points appear on our Legal Notice page as well as in your confirmation email. Returns are strictly handled at the dedicated postal address we supply during your return request; never send a parcel to any other workshop or office address.

You must have reached at least 18 years of age to order. The site and our jars are meant for private household use only unless agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to decline, restrict or cancel orders if details cannot be verified, if stock runs low, or if fraud is suspected, issuing a refund for any funds received.

Pricing, tax and overseas duties03

All prices are quoted in GBP. Postage charges appear clearly during checkout before you confirm payment. If an obvious pricing mistake slips past us, we may correct it prior to dispatch and ask if you want the item at the accurate figure or prefer a free cancellation.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Orders going to addresses in United Kingdom include VAT where applicable. For deliveries heading outside United Kingdom, local customs charges, clearance fees and import duties are set by the border authority of your destination and paid by you. Should an overseas parcel be turned away at customs, the return postage incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Payment methods, checkout and order acceptance04

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never handle or hold payment card numbers or personal banking credentials on this website.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Your order is recorded once checkout is done. You will receive an initial email with your order summary, but our sales agreement only takes effect once your parcel leaves Great Hampton Street and we send dispatch confirmation. Up to that point, we may cancel the order and return your money.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Parcels are held back if payment fails to complete. For orders paid on delivery, parcels that are refused at the doorstep or left uncollected will be returned to our address and the order marked as cancelled.

Privacy and safeguarding your data05

We handle only the personal information required to pack your items, get your parcel delivered, answer customer queries and keep the site secure, in line with our Privacy Policy. Our use of browser cookies is covered in our Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of these overall terms.

Product handling, daily safety and sensible use06

Take each supplement strictly according to the guidance on the jar and outer carton. Keep every bottle out of reach of young children unless the formula is made for them. Photos on our store show our actual stock; natural lighting or screen settings may alter the visual tint slightly, which does not constitute a fault.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Keep your vitamins stored in a dry, temperate spot as detailed on the label. Never consume gummies or capsules past the printed best-before date. Please recycle empty tubs and outer card through your standard council recycling collection.

Discount codes and promotions08

Any special promotional offer shown on site applies solely to orders placed while that offer is active, and cannot be stacked with other codes unless noted. Voucher codes must be entered during checkout before finalizing the order and cannot be added after the fact. Any free gift items included in a promotion must be sent back if the related order is returned.

Shipping and delivery09

Full dispatch choices, postal schedules and costs are laid out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Stated transit times are estimates worked out in normal business days from dispatch, not guaranteed arrival days. Larger orders may occasionally travel in separate parcels.

Dispatch confirmation, handoff and risk10

Your order remains our responsibility until the delivery driver hands it over at your specified doorstep or to a named recipient; responsibility transfers to you from that point onward. If a box arrives visibly damaged in transit, let [email protected] know within 48 hours with clear photos. Double-check your delivery address when checking out, as packages returned due to incorrect addresses or non-collection are refunded minus our incurred carriage costs.

Returns, refunds and customer assurance11

You may return an order within 14 days of delivery subject to our Returns & Refunds terms. Get in touch first for your return reference number and dispatch your parcel solely to the address we send you. Refunds cover the item purchase price, with outgoing delivery costs refunded only if the return stems from our own error or a verified defect. Your statutory cancellation rights under regional consumer law remain fully valid.

Warranty and product conformity12

Our goods must arrive in line with their listed description and free from manufacturing flaws. Goods supplied by BrumVits Nutrition Ltd. conform to statutory standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, being of satisfactory quality, fit for everyday dietary supplementation, and as described on the label up to their declared best-before date when stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight. Should an item show a genuine defect during your country's statutory warranty period, we will inspect it and offer a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate. Regular shelf-life wear, accidental damage or mishandling after delivery are not covered.

Acceptable site conduct and community rules13

You may not use this website to attempt fraudulent transactions, disrupt daily operations, harvest other shoppers' details, or post abusive, defamatory or unlawful material. We reserve the right to suspend site access for anyone breaking these rules.

Reviews visible on our shop come from genuine buyers sharing their own experience with our jars; results vary from person to person and do not guarantee an identical outcome. By submitting feedback, a photo or a note, you give us permission to feature it on our pages without fee, using your first name only. We gladly remove your feedback upon request, and we screen out any posts containing unlawful text or private information.

Disclaimer of warranties17

This website is provided on an as-is basis. While we work hard to keep everything accurate and running properly, we cannot guarantee constant, uninterrupted service or a platform completely free of technical glitches. Your statutory consumer rights concerning the supplements themselves remain untouched.

Limitation of liability18

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the purchase price paid for that order or £100, whichever is lower. We accept full responsibility for losses caused by deliberate wrongdoing or gross negligence, for personal injury or death, and in any circumstance where liability cannot be restricted by law. For any other claim, our liability is strictly limited to typical, foreseeable losses directly related to this agreement.

Resolving disputes and applicable legislation20

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of the United Kingdom. Should any disagreement arise that we cannot resolve directly through sensible conversation, legal claims may be submitted to the competent court where our business is registered. Retail shoppers also keep their legal right to bring or answer claims in their local country of residence, under mandatory national consumer protections that contract terms cannot displace.

Order updates, tracking links, receipts and terms revisions will be sent to the email address you give at checkout. Keep that inbox working and inspect your spam folder, as a dispatch note sent to that address is treated as delivered.

Assignment22

We may assign our rights and commitments under these terms to another trading firm should the business change hands, provided your buyer protections stay intact. You may not assign your own rights without our written approval.

No waiver23

A delay or choice on our part not to exercise a specific provision in these terms does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later on.

Should any part of these terms be ruled unlawful, the remaining conditions carry on unchanged, with the disputed clause swapped for an enforceable term matching the original intent as closely as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel an account or turn down upcoming orders from anyone breaking these terms. Parcels already sent out on the road remain unaffected.

These terms, the linked notices, and your purchase receipt make up the complete agreement between both parties for every order. If these conditions are translated, the wording on the website you placed the order through stands as definitive.
